Water evaporates and rises into the sky. It falls as rain, flows through rivers, carves paths through mountains, becomes the ocean. Like water, life sometimes calls us to be just as versatile and adapt without resistance.

To be versatile like water and show up at the right time, right place, in the right way,

1) let go of resistance,

2) tune in to the flow of the present moment, and

3) ask yourself; ‘how does life want me to show up in this moment?’
