In the heat of anger, your thoughts can get fast and furious. This just hurts the head, heart and health.
Start by acknowledging your thoughts and doing something calming to slow your fast thoughts. Then, ask yourself: Am I overreacting? How can I handle this calmly? Finally, think about something you’re grateful for and replace furious thoughts with positive ones.
