10 Jan Feel Like You Don’t Belong….
Are there groups where you feel like you don’t belong? If so, try the following:
1) Challenge your inner narrative that makes you feel like you don’t belong.
2) Check whether the fear of being judged is stopping you from forming connections.
3) Develop self-acceptance, and this may dissolve feelings of not belonging.
Then, find common ground or shared interests with others, and allow yourself to engage genuinely. Remember, if you’re not able to feel a sense of belonging with every group, that’s ok.
