Feeling Judged?….

Feeling judged by others? We can’t avoid being judged, but we can avoid letting others’ judgments affect us negatively.

Next time you feel you’re being judged, put things in perspective by asking yourself: Are they really judging me? Or is it all in my head? Is there something I can do to improve without feeling pressured to change who I am and what I do? Remember, no one can make you feel anything unless you let them. Let go of feeling judged and choose how you want to feel.
