There are lots of people, online and offline who bring negativity to our lives and make us feel bad about ourselves. We can always get better at not allowing the negativity to affect us but we can also get better at filtering the negativity.
Offline, we can set better boundaries, limit contact or choose to walk away. Online, we can unfollow, unfriend, unsubscribe, block, delete or mute the sources of negativity.
