An ant is tiny, and an elephant is huge but if an ant crawls into the elephant’s ear, the tiny ant can unsettle and drive the elephant to complete distraction. Similarly, even the smallest irritant can disturb our inner peace when we let it enter our minds.

Be more mindful and discerning about what you choose to listen to. If it’s something that irritates you, filter it out; let it in one ear and out the other.
