Dedicate Yourself……..

Good morning,

As we all get caught up in “me, me, me,” let’s try something different this week: for 10 to 30 minutes everyday, dedicate yourself to others.  Give your time to an elderly neighbour.  Share something you value in your local community, your knowledge or a skill you have.

If it’s not possible or practical, then give through your thoughts.  Dedicate your thoughts and good wishes to a place, a situation, a person or the world.
