Just as most of us prefer to keep our mailbox organised, in the same way, how about keeping our mindbox organised? 

Organise your mindbox at a time that works best for you, maybe during your daily commute. Take a few minutes to: 1) Delete all those unnecessary thoughts. 2) Add ideas, action thoughts to the appropriate lists. 3) Note down any concerns or problems, to look at another time. 

Keep your mindbox organised and all your thoughts will be easier to access.  You’ll remember things more easily, concentrate better and get more done.
