An Overloaded to do List ….

Is your to-do list overloaded?  Unload your to-do list and make it more manageable with the 3 Ds!

1. Drop. If it doesn’t need to be done, delete it from your list.
2. Defer. If it doesn’t need to be done today, postpone it to another time.
3. Do. If it really needs to be done today, just do it.  Try scheduling one big
          task for the day, three medium tasks and five small tasks.
