On a recent trip earlier this year, in Texas , I discovered this little gem…Now we know that the US loves food, we go over the top with the stuff that can cause heart attacks and a bunch of other health issues when we don’t eat healthy.. and yes I know it’s not good for you ..

But … once in a while ,  you just wanna break the rules

I broke the rule in January and it was worth it …

In the US do a search and find the nearest location , go hungry then once you have enjoyed the food  spend the afternoon walking it off 🙂
