Sliced Almonds Are So Good!

Sliced almonds are 160 calories for 1 ounce. They are filling and Iike them on salads, in cottage cheese, with steamed green beans, in brown rice and just as a snack. They are thin and crunchy and they keep my mouth busy plus I am getting good fats, magnesium, zinc and calicium. Good for blood pressure, cholesterol, the heart, skin, colon, and also for help in reducing the rise in sugar and insulin levels after meals. Helps to shed weight. Gads, I am nutty for healthy almonds!
