Positive Replacement …….

Good morning

When you have a persistent negative thought that you can’t get out of your head, here’s an easy trick: replace it.  Create
a positive replacement thought to displace the negative one.  Embellish it and the negative will slowly lose its strength.

It doesn’t have to be a thought; it could be a replacement feeling, an image, or even a memory (a holiday on the beach or a peaceful mountain scene).

Then, whenever you encounter the same negative thought, bring the “replacement” in immediately.
