Have you been postponing eating healthier for one reason or another?  Without any further delay, make a decision to start as soon as possible.  Stop postponing, start planning gradual changes. Think about your meals & snacks in advance, then you’re able to shop smart & stock your cupboards with healthier options.

When you want something that’s unhealthy, postpone!
Tell yourself you can have it later, & just keep delaying unhealthy eating.  Happy healthy eating!
