Unplug and Unwind …..

TVs, computers, mobile phones, tablets…. can be tiring for our eyes & head.  How about taking short breaks from technology!

Try: no phones for 15 minutes during your lunch break,
no screens 30 minutes before going to bed, nothing for 3 hours at the weekends.

Decide: what you want to unplug from, when & for how long, & what you will do to unwind.  Just make it realistic & refreshing
