Visualising for Success….


Just as many athletes and performers often do a complete mental run through of a rotuine or performance, in the same way, we too can use visualisation for self-improvement, good health, goal setting, a successful outcome….

Visualise the details, the ambience, the achievement.  Visualise as frequently as you want and can.  And each time you visualise, let it grow in strength.

Remember, the visualisation does not guarantee success or replace taking action, but it does increase your focus, determination and confidence.  And it’s a better alternative than worry.
