Despite the noise …..

Good morning,

Too often we are distracted by the noises & voices around us.  Is it because we’re not really focused in the first place?  How about challenging yourself to focus, despite the noise.  How?

1) Challenge the belief that noise is a distraction.
2) Accept all the background sounds & movements.
3) Engage your interest in what you’re doing & let your focus
become stronger than the noise around you.
