Feel Overwhelmed…..

Good morning, 

Feeling overwhelmed?  Whilst overwhelm happens to the best of us, we don’t have to live in a state of overwhlem.  How?

1. Challenge the belief that you are overwhelmed.  Consider the possibility that you feel overwhelmed, because you think you are!

2. Ask yourself, ‘How do I want to feel?’  Consciously focus on feeling that way and your feelings of overwhelm will begin to dissipate.
