Getting Rid of Thoughts…

When you can’t seem to get rid of lingering thoughts, try this meditation exercise:

Imagine the last of the day’s sun shimmering in the sky…. And as the sun starts to set, let all the lingering thoughts set with the sun…. Watching all your thoughts slip away with the setting sun, disappearing into the horizon…. Leaving the mind clear and calm….
