Meditating After Eating….

Do you ever meditate after eating? Some people recommend not meditating immediately after a meal because it can make you drowsy. Even if you don’t meditate after eating, maybe you could just pause for a moment to aid the digestive process.

Pause to firstly feel gratitude for the food, and secondly, imagine the nutrients being absorbed into your blood and transported to every cell in your body, nourishing the body.
