Postpone your worries……

Good morning ,

If you’re a highly worried person or even an occasional worrier, here’s a tip: postpone your worrying to an allocated worry time.  You can worry as much as you want in your worry time.  Just set a time limit.

If you find yourself worrying at any other time, say to yourself, “not now, I’ll do it later.”

Keep postponing your worries and you’ll probably find yourself saying “I’ve been meaning to worry, but just didn’t get around to it!”
