We can’t change the direction of the wind, but we can change our sails. This may sound a little old school, but it’s a useful reminder that, even though we can’t change what happens around us, we can change what we do with what happens.

And as the wind is always changing, we need to stay flexible enough to keep adapting and adjusting our sails, if we want to keep moving towards our destination.
