Lunch Meditation …….

Good morning all,

During your lunch break, refresh your focus with 2 minutes of meditation.  Find a quiet space, outdoors or in the workplace (there’s always the bathroom!).

Disengage your mind from all the details and breathe.  Be as still as you can.  Focus on the thought: I am peace.  Savour deep peace and bring the feeling of peace into the rest of the day.
