Sit in Silence…

The world can get loud and that’s it’s important to sit in silence at various intervals during the day.

Turn your attention away from the world outside and go inwards (inside your mind). Bring your mental and emotional energy to a point of stillness and immerse yourself in complete silence.

Do this and it will restore your wellbeing and build your focus. It’s worth any discomfort or boredom we may encounter in the process.
