Tips for Waking Up Early…

The early morning hours are so peaceful. There’s space to reflect, meditate, read and write. If you want to make an early start but just can’t, then here are 5 tips:

1. Wake up a little bit earlier every day until you reach your goal.
2. Think, “I am a morning person. I love waking up early.”
3. Put your alarm out of reach, so you have to get up to turn it off.
4. Motivate yourself with an inspiring reason to rise early.
5. Go to bed early!
