When we embark on a journey of personal development, and begin to experience positive changes, it’s easy to become overly excited about sharing every detail with our loved ones, and wanting them to join us on our journey.

Most often, this approach doesn’t work well. You may find that a better approach is to let go and understand that everyone has their own journey. Focus on your own growth and who knows, when others see a change in you, they may get curious about what you’re doing and get inspired by your journey.
