Someone Something …..

When someone is going through something, we want to say the right thing. But, sometimes certain words can be triggering or make the other person feel worse. However, saying nothing may leave them feeling isolated. So, do say something.

Be really mindful of what you say and avoid offering false hope, cheer, or solutions. Often just being there to listen and hold a non-judgmental space can make a lot of difference.
